Tiauna Paul is a graduate from Flatiron School where she completed the Software Engineering program. Anyone who has been through an immersive programming bootcamp knows what an intense and emotional commitment it can be. To add to that dynamic, Tiauna’s baby was an inpatient awaiting a heart transplant during the program. Tiauna showed incredible courage and strength by remaining determined to make it through the course, and she did so with grace. Tiauna transitioned into tech hoping to use her problem-solving skills and to be challenged daily. She is most passionate about frontend development and has a love for JavaScript and React. She enjoys building impactful user-friendly applications. Tiauna has goals of continuing to grow her frontend knowledge and landing her first full-time Sofware Engineer role.

The Diversify community is largely made up of developer, data, design, and product backgrounds ranging from entry-level to senior level. Veni has been in the industry for over 15 years and previously worked as a Sofware Engineer. She continues in her role at Diversify as the companies founder.

They have helped 100+ creatives land their first role in tech during this difficult time.

Naz is passionate about mentorship and helping others grow their skills and has worked with new engineers through Hours of Code, Built By Girls, and various other platforms. Naz continues to offer monthly mentoring and one-off sessions to help engineers strengthen their skillsets and grow their careers. Naz has given talks for career growth and engineering at events such as Women of Silicon Valley and Women in Tech and many other speaking engagements.
